I had letter put through my letter box today said couldnt deliver no answer 12 23 but i was in living room at 12 20 so it couldnt have been that time .waited in all morning for my phone delivering .not happy .can tell him next time to knock on door please and we will answer.his he coming again on 14th as my wife will be in all day .

    Absolutely hard company how anyone uses yodel is beyond me cant get through to anyone parcel says out for delivery and yet not been delivered and all you get it an automated service with it

  4. yodel carrie deliverd a box of flowers from interflora middleton. the item was left between 2 bins. out side.it had been raining all day .box item wet through and fell apart. part of contains damage. why didn’t the person go to neighbours to ask to take item in.
    these flowers are a present from my works
    so what are they going to do about this damage item.

    I’m struggling with their web site, I thought it will be easier to contact directly:
    In mid May this year I purchased two Badeshort from AlpenClassic.de for 88,75€
    enclosed in the package has been handed over to our shipment service provider

    so far so good the parcel is on its way with ParcelOne
    but I ‘m unable to track the parcel unfortunately because who ever wrote down my address forgot to write the post code … this was the reason I couldn’t enter the tracking fixture of ParcelOne,
    the parcel was transferred from PO1 to Yodel upon arriving in the UK at the end of May
    I received a telephone call from a Yodel driver explaining: he had a parcel for me that didn’t have a post code on it but only my address:
    he then told me since Corby was out of his delivery range the parcel will be returned to the depot so that it could be redirected to my address with the right post code that I provided the driver over the phone, since then I have contacted Yodel customer service ( call center) in several occasions since the phone call providing all the information concerning the parcel and my post code but to no avail Yodel hasn’t tried to contact me as promised…
    I would greatly appreciate help and support to get Yodel moving as it is them who failed to deliver the parcel after all.

    parcel was left in somebody shed
    I was in at the time driver never came near my address and didn’t even leave note as to where he had left it, it was only found by accident today will use the service again and tell other deliveries for YODEL

  8. According to the suppliers tracking information
    it says Processing Order, and it has been like this now for five days, I rang the supplier and they said my delivery was going to be July I could not go onto the couriers web site because I did not know who the courier was, yesterday yodel left a card in my letterbox saying they had tried to deliver my parcel, I have had no notification of delivery so how do yodel expect me to be at home to sign for the parcel, the problem is nobody informs the customer, defiantly lack of communication, I am annoyed that yodel said my parcel would be delivered today, waited in all day and when I phoned to find out what had happened to my parcel, they said sorry yodel could not deliver you parcel today, just messing customers about, not happy at all, I hope yodel have my phone number, why didn’t they call me to say it would not be delivered, I have waited a day I could have been working and earning money.

I have never had the dis-pleasure to deal with such group of helpful, group of people in my life, the to and do not call back, when call in to complain they put the phone on , their command of the English language it , the delivery driver has through his back teeth saying he has left the parcel with a neighbor which he clearly has not, is this just a excuse because he has taken it but anyway this service over all..

  10. I GOT AM EMAIL THAT MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED ON SEPTEMBER THE 1ST . IT’S THE 15TH TODAY AND I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY PARCEL, I HAVE ASKED ALL THE NEIGHBOURS. CAN YODEL TELL ME WHERE MY PARCEL IS.
